I applied and then received an HR call, followed by a technical interview. The QA manager did not seem to have much knowledge about programming.
I answered all his questions in detail and even went beyond that, explaining concepts to him.
I never received an on-site interview for either the Chicago or New York positions. They never provided a reason for not granting me an on-site interview.
It turns out this company discriminates against hiring people with Arab and Muslim names.
