Process
They came in via Hired and quickly pressed for an HR screen phone call. The call was very soft. The HR hiring specialist went heavy on ReactJS, though she had little idea what it was, apart from obviously the tech team pressing her to find such talent. Good luck with that, as the role title is not for a ReactJS dev.
They then never called or updated for over a month, so I let them fall to silence on Hired. A waste of time.
