I scheduled many phone calls with Hired.com for about three weeks. Each phone call was the same: an "introduction to how amazing Grubhub is to work for." Then, a request for another phone call that ended up being the same "intro to how great Grubhub is to work for," followed by another request for another phone call. It was a time-wasting, never-ending loop.
I ended the loop, but they still wanted to get me back into the time-wasting, repeat phone conversation game. After about seven phone calls and still no technical interview, I put an end to it. They called me again and wanted to know who else I was interviewing with and who I was going to work for next.
Grubhub was a waste of time and resources.
Are you available for another phone call?
