Pros: Free food and catered lunches.
Good location.
Bad internal processes make it easy to work.
Cons: Feedback is not taken well by management.
Managers are inexperienced and do not know how to work with the team.
There are no growth opportunities.
Micro management!
Too many people are involved for a small development, and work gets slower.

Pros: Great office setup, good benefits, and work with lots of very smart people.
Cons: There is a lot of pressure to "conform" to their way of thinking as far as social issues.
When there is an event that is in support of a "cause", it was expected that we participate (e.g., Pride parade, 5K walks). These all came from the very top.
It's almost like a family; it would not be good to step out of line. Just smile and go with it, because the money and benefits are worth it.
