Round 1:
The initial round took place with the hiring manager and was conducted successfully. The interviewer posed basic questions about my role and responsibilities, while I also provided cross-questioning on my resume.
Following the interview, there was a follow-up period of two to three weeks. During this time, HR scheduled the second round, which consisted of a technical interview.
Round 2:
The technical interview was conducted without coding. I had the impression that the interviewer was not interested in my responses and did not engage in any cross-questioning.
The HR department has been unresponsive, which is unusual for them. They rarely respond to emails.
The first round focused on the basic question of my role and responsibility.
The second round included questions such as explaining the current application architecture and explaining the current automation framework.
