Process
The interview took place in four rounds.
- The first round was a general conversation with HR.
- The second was a technical round, during which pair programming was introduced, and the interviewer and I solved a problem together.
- The third was an in-person day at the office, where I was assigned to two different teams and we pair-programmed on some of their live issues.
- The fourth round was a communication with their Senior VP, which was also a bit technical.

Pros: The company offers truly high-quality development work and gives engineers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies. There is strong advocacy for open-source tools and contributions, and performance is genuinely rewarded. Perks, insurance, and health benefits are excellent, and the office space is modern and well thought out. The culture is efficient with minimal red tape, allowing teams to move fast and focus on impactful work.
Cons: As the company is still growing, some HR and IT processes could be more standardized and streamlined. Given the amount of work done in advanced and emerging technologies, compensation could be made slightly more competitive to reflect the skill level and market expectations.

Pros: The company puts real effort into building a strong culture. There’s a focus on helping people learn and grow, and the work-life balance is generally respected. Processes don’t feel stuck—they’re regularly improved, which makes day-to-day work smoother. Leadership genuinely tries to make this a great place to work, and the perks beyond salary are thoughtful and well-rounded.
The senior leadership team is sharp and no-nonsense. They keep things clear and focused without unnecessary fluff.
Cons: The experience with middle management can vary a lot depending on where you're based. U.S. managers, in my experience, tend to be more supportive and bring solid leadership skills to the table. Elsewhere—especially in some Indian teams—there’s still room to grow when it comes to empowering teams and showing real leadership, not just managing tasks.

Pros: If you’re joining from small companies with low salary then good for you
Cons: 1. Salary is not upto the market. Long term incentives is a lollipop.
2. If you’re senior wlb is a hell. No good tech stack to learn. Simply you need to code code code will not learn anything at all.
