I had an oral interview where I described my background and a Java-based code test.
The interview was very easy. The HR person was easy to talk with, and the questions were not technical (for that, there would have been another later interview), but more focused on myself.
After that, there was a code test where you are presented with some Java tasks to fulfill. Although it was, in my opinion, easy and I answered in a way that I think was correct, they said it didn't meet their standards, so I didn't proceed with the screening process.
Just my background.
