Software Engineer Interview Experience - Kraków, Poland
Process
The interview process had three steps.
First was a simple HR call.
Second was an interview using Codepair with a simple task and basic programming questions.
In the third interview, I received a link to a Google Drive with some project files. I had to download them and fix some bugs in my IDE, all while screen sharing and answering additional questions from the recruiters.
The contact with the company was very difficult. When I asked what to expect in the third phase, I was informed it would be the same as the second one. As a result, I lost a lot of time during the third interview since I had not prepared my IDE for the meeting.
As feedback, I received information that I did not write unit tests for the solved bugs.
