I received a call from a recruiter regarding my online application on their career site. A two-hour coding test was scheduled. I finished the test, answering all the questions correctly. And that was it.
Nobody contacted me for 50 days. After a couple of follow-up emails to HR and recruiters, one recruiter called me only to tell me that they had filled the position. He informed me I did great on the coding test, but without even giving me a chance for an interview, they closed the position by offering it to someone else.
I found this conduct highly unprofessional. I didn't expect this from a "best place to work in the US" company.
