Process

First round with director: describe experience and a basic coding question in Java.

Second round with an Indian developer: two coding questions. I wrote a solution for the second coding question, but it didn't pass all tests due to time.

Third round: system design, e.g., REST URIs, architecture, and security.

In the third round, the Indian interviewer was giving vague questions. I couldn't understand what information he wanted to know. I got the impression that they prefer Indian developers.

In the third round, the Staff developer communicated poorly. I had to clarify multiple times and ask him if he had a question.

The second round coding questions are easy/medium.
