Pros

Flexible time. Work from home schema.

Cons
  1. Boring technologies are applied in most departments, including GSC, SE, PE, and CE.
  2. External management, like CEOs, are hired rather than promoting people internally. (More than 80% of the management in the Cloud team were hired externally last year.)
  3. Most people are playing games or watching Netflix in the office, with yearly increments of 3000 - 5000.
  4. With or without promotion, you will be getting 3000 - 5000 increased anyway. This encourages people not to work.
  5. Overtime work is not appreciated.
  6. Low salary, as 3000 - 5000 salary increases per year with or without promotion.
  7. The senior management does care about the years of service, while the junior management said they don't care.
  8. They try to say they have a lot of cash in the bank for every company meeting, but never increase salary.
  9. Terrible company structure and messy titles/positions with no standard.
Advice to Management

Don't hire management from external anymore.
