Company is OK, management not very seasoned
- Good work-life balance.
- Lots of smart people in development.
- Technology and domain are boring.
- Old-timers do not seem to be open to new ideas; there are too many homegrown technologies.
- Engineering managers have very little experience.
- The company is somewhat cheap, with a sardine-like workplace, noisy and with lots of distractions.
Development is starting to see lots of politics. Please install experienced managers, rather than promote people that have little or no management experience.
