Company is willing to give time for code refactoring to fix tech debt or update platform.
There is little benefit to paternity leave. (but I heard this is going to be improved soon).
You are forced to use three PTOs during Christmas, and a negative PTO balance is not allowed. This makes it hard to have a long vacation during the early months of the year.
Keep communication open in the company, as you are doing now.
