Work environment, enlightened management, employees treated with respect, emphasis on quality work, great colleagues, great benefits, reasonable work hours, honesty and ethical treatment of employees and customers, nice interaction between developers, QA, application developers, etc.
This is a great place for people who like to do careful and quality work.
My commute from the mid-Peninsula is wonderful, but for those commuting from the East Bay or South Bay, the commute can be a challenge.
