Compensation, COVID-19 benefits, collegiality. Overall, a pretty great place to work. I can't stress enough how above and beyond leadership's response to COVID-19 has been. For instance, back in February, we were advised not to travel, weeks before world governments caught on. Huge credit to leadership.
Growing pains, mostly. Sometimes it's hard to leverage internal knowledge, and sometimes management can be a little sluggish. However, this feels expected as the company is still adjusting to huge growth.
Keep it up. The direction is great, but you just need to build momentum internally.
