Great work culture
People are smart and friendly. Even the seniors are very approachable, and there is always an open communication between everyone. Also, there is a lot of emphasis on good code quality, in spite of the domain being challenging.
A proper eating area or cafeteria would be nice to have. Most of the time, the kitchen table gets occupied at noon, and then you need to eat at your desk.
