If you want to learn here, please do not join. There is literally no work in the company. It is an established company, and they are earning well with whatever clients they have.
Until the time management was handled by US people, they were handling things well, giving proper hikes and incentives. But for the past year, the management in India has been handled by Indians, so they are not giving hikes. Also, the HR will lowball offers for new joiners, although they will mention other perks like a wellbeing allowance and mobile and internet.
Currently, their focus is on marketing. They want the company to be visible in India, and they are putting all their funds and energy there only.
