Pros

Flexible time at work, and people in general aren't up your ass. Also, very bright people and cool technology.

Cons

Founders and current leadership have let any semblance of a 'culture' completely vanish. I find myself longing for the past and generally not motivated because I can tell those who have a vested interest and those who don't. I joined when this company had a startup vibe, and now it feels corporate.

Advice to Management

The founders and people at the top (but ESPECIALLY the founders) need to communicate and show some enthusiasm for what we do. It's utterly pathetic that such a good company has made the transition from startup to fledgling company and at the same time squandered any and all sense of culture and mission in the process. The founders show no concern, and for that matter, what little effort has been made comes up WAY WAY short. You FAIL.
