It was pleasant but long. Applied directly. The process took a month. It had four phases: * Phase one * Phase two * Phase three * Phase four Now it's modernized. It was easy. No questions about data structures or algorithm Big-O (for a reason)

2 hours with one behavioral and one coding. Very casual but with lots of technical questions thrown in. Coding was done on a whiteboard and candidate asked to describe their thought process as they went along.

The interview was straightforward, and there was a quick response from the hiring team. It included some technical knowledge questions and coding tasks in the relevant language. The interviewers were friendly and professional throughout.
