We are working on bleeding-edge technology in developing the Guidewire cloud platform.
We just need to be in the office 2 days a week, which isn't bad compared to other back-to-office callbacks.
We have clear directions and goals set, hence we know where the company is headed and what is expected of us.
Pay could be better when looking at the things we do and the quality we deliver.
Keep doing the things that you do now. It will be nice if the pay is improved. Thank you for not doing any layoffs to prop up the profit.
