The process begins with a first-round call with a recruiter to discuss the position.
If successful, the next step involves a second round with CodeSignal, featuring LeetCode interview questions unrelated to day-to-day work.
This is before even speaking with anyone from the hiring team.
It felt as though I was brought in solely to fill an interview quota and go through the motions, rather than to determine if my skills were truly a fit.
Consequently, I lost interest in the process and withdrew.
