Pros: Everyone loves to learn from each other and is always open to pairing to help others out. Lots of flexibility. Touched base with management frequently/as needed, never felt lost.
Cons: - Lack of communication about logistics, such as returns offers and evaluations.
- Pushed-back dates we were given to receive more info about return offers, etc. No one ever knew exactly what was going on.

Lots of churn at the upper level of management.
Very reactive culture.
