Everyone loves to learn from each other and is always open to pairing to help others out. Lots of flexibility. Touched base with management frequently/as needed, never felt lost.
- Lack of communication about logistics, such as returns offers and evaluations.
- Pushed-back dates we were given to receive more info about return offers, etc. No one ever knew exactly what was going on.
More transparency, better communication.
