It was very straightforward and only had five interviews until the offer. The process consisted of a recruiter screen, a technical round, a hiring manager interview, and then meeting the team. The whole process took about two weeks from start to offer.

Pros: The interview process was really easy. All the steps were explained. The recruiting team was nice and polite. They all showed interest in me and my skills. Starting the internship, the first thing that I noticed is how supportive the whole team is. Everyone is there to help. There are no dumb questions. They are very supportive and motivating.
Cons: There is no con; it is the best place to work.

Pros: There are a lot of great people who are passionate about what they do. Fully remote.
Cons: Lots of unpopular changes lately, and a very bad look to the way those changes were rolled out. Leadership seems to change their mind and the goalposts quite often.
