Process
Was reached out by a recruiter and had an initial recruiter call. The recruiter's experience wasn't great – they often did not respond for several days and did not outline the entire process or the role for me, even when asked. The recruiter was also 10 minutes late for the call without any reasoning. I probably should have stopped the process myself here (red flag).
Finally had a technical phone screen scheduled on the calendar, then I received an email saying they decided not to move forward.
