Process
The remote interview process at Handshake consisted of three interviews with three Handshake employees. Additionally, I coordinated with other employees over email regarding interview times and content.
Everyone I talked to on Zoom was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The people coordinating with me over email were helpful and responsive.
The interviews felt more like a chat and less like an interrogation, which is highly appreciated.
