Stage 1 was a 15-minute phone screen.
Stage 2 was an independent HackerRank coding challenge.
Stage 3 was a four-hour interview that consisted of a behavioral interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by an independent coding session on a project introduced during the interview. Stage 3 ended with a project pairing session with two engineers who helped me finish the project and talked through the different components.
