Don't expect to get much done here.

Leadership decision making is non-transparent or reactionary.

There is no support for growth for ICs or managers, but they get blamed/held accountable regardless.

The path forward not only lacks clarity but also vision.

Advice to Management

Consider actually providing support and a forum to receive real feedback from management.

Figure out how to hold leadership accountable versus letting them scapegoat down the chain.
