Look into why the trend for reviews has gotten more negative recently. It's not just the layoffs or tightening purse strings; it's that there has been a real cultural shift for the worse since the reorg, and it never felt like we actually recovered from BTS 2022. Make sure leadership and management are set up to support ICs so they can build an awesome product.
