The mission of the company really resonates with me. I take a lot of pride in the work we do, and so do most people at the company. Everyone operates with a sense of purpose, which creates an energy that I really like.
The company is growing quickly, so there is no shortage of opportunities to grow into new roles. My managers have worked with me on multiple occasions to provide mobility into different areas.
There is an emphasis on giving and receiving feedback. It may not always be positive, but I believe that it's truly received and acted upon at every level.
