The interview process was great, from culture fits to tech challenges that ranged in complexity and time limits to a little bit of "whiteboarding". No matter how nervous I was, the humans were epic!
They made sure I felt welcome and like I could ask any question I needed to.
I love my work-life balance and I am enjoying the remote work with my team. There is time for async work as well as meetings with folks all across US time zones. I've seen people say they are swamped and need more "head down" time, and these requests are honored.
So far, it is a collaborative environment where learning is honored, and I love it!
