The office is pretty empty most days since it’s blended remote, but it has great food and beverages.
The company culture is pretty active online, and everybody seems to know each other. People are friendly and collaborative.
A limited in-person workplace culture and a managerial decision led to a bit of disarray at one point.
Recruiters were quick to reach out and update after each round, and everyone was very nice. I love the fact that they were very transparent from the jump about what the role was going to look like.

The interview was done by an AI. It was pleasant, but it was strange to not have any face-to-face interaction with another person. The interview was also very short, and the AI didn’t appear to work off of answers very well.
