Everything with HashiCorp was very organized and pleasant. The recruiter I was working with (Eimy Sura) was very friendly, kept me up to date constantly, and was around to answer the many questions I had. I met with a total of 3 engineers and 1 manager. The interviews were very well thought out. They were all very positive and enthusiastic about HashiCorp and made me feel at ease the whole time. Overall, a very good experience, and I would recommend that if you do get an interview with HashiCorp, be yourself and relax.

The interview questions were very different than I had imagined and very different than interview questions I had in the past.

They were all behavioural questions that at first seemed easy, but the follow-up questions made them tricky.

It's definitely the type of questions that you cannot cheat or fake your way through, that's for sure.

I definitely enjoyed the interviews and I appreciated their feedback.
