Remote-first company so you get a starting budget to purchase WFH equipment/items. Very generous!
Products are solid, and teams are constantly pushing the envelope to enhance them or create entirely new features.
Not really a con, but being a remote-first company, it might be hard for some who are used to in-office interactions. You have to be very intentional about meeting with your teammates and establishing personal relationships, or else the work you do will feel siloed and mechanical.
The company really pushes diversity and inclusivity, so much so it feels very forced and distracting.
