The technology is interesting to work on, and working remote is nice.
The people.
There are some very toxic people in management and leadership that make working here very dark. Their loyalty lies not with the people they manage, not even with the success of the product. Their loyalty seems to lie with their position in the company hierarchy.
Some of these people don’t even do much work themselves, but rather spend day after day moving "chess pieces" (people) around such that they look good.
There are a good number of people who are very ignorant to this as well. I've seen some of these people end up getting pushed out, taking the fall for their managers' bad choices or bad moods. For those who haven't been pushed out or used yet, their ignorance enables the toxicity.
The remote work and great products are not enough to make up for the dark environment. It is so depleting not to be judged consistently based on your capabilities nor your work, but rather, based on how your superiors need to appear this week.
P.S. I agree with the previous poster who thinks that management is adding fake good reviews here after the bad ones. Bet I could even guess who it is.
Axe some of the very toxic people. I think you will be surprised at how quickly the company and work environment rights itself afterwards.
2 months of interview duration. One clearing round, which was machine coding, I scored 850/1000 (selected). 2 technical rounds (1 machine coding and 1 code review). 1 HM round, 1 Operational Management round, 1 Design Collaboration (system design)
Very pathetic and unprofessional hiring experience. I attended all loop rounds. For each interview round, I was able to achieve the expected result, yet I was rejected without any feedback. They did not share what went wrong. The hiring team went int
6 rounds of interview, which is a very wasteful process. They conduct 6-7 rounds of interviews, which are loop rounds. Even if one round doesn't go very well, you will be rejected. It's a waste of time. I saw a couple of other Glassdoor reviews about
