I feel appreciated here, and it's been a while since I've felt that at a job as a minority.
We have some areas for improvement, I think, in terms of hiring more diverse candidates, but otherwise, this is a great place for them to join.
Remote culture is respected, and you can find a good work/life balance. So much to learn, and so many smart people to learn from. Having a product that everyone loves is also a nice touch.
