Had an initial Zoom call to discuss my background and introduce me to the company.
I was then invited to schedule an interview via Karat.
They use people from all over the world, so you can definitely interview at your own convenience.
The recruiter was very responsive and willing to help me as much as she could.
I wasn't in a good place the day I interviewed, so it did not go well, but if the interview process is a reflection of the company, then I definitely recommend them!
