Pros: The ONLY good aspect of this company is the good salary. But the management is so extremely intransparent and the working atmosphere is so extremely toxic that the good salary is not worth it.

Cons: It is a very toxic atmosphere to work in. The management is very intransparent, and at the same time, there is a lot of micromanagement. Managers disappear for long periods of time; you don't receive any feedback at all, and one day, without even a clue of what happened, you are fired, American-movie style. I agree with some of the other reviews pointing out that the positive reviews here are probably coming from managers or written intentionally to just prevent the reality from being exposed on Glassdoor. I do not recommend this place. It has been, by far, the worst work experience of my life.

Pros: - Fantastic colleagues and interesting conversations - Always feel like I'm learning something - Ability to 'forge your own adventure' with no boundaries to what you can and cannot work on - Modern tech-stack; writing Rust is a dream - Huge growth opportunities - EU-centric, so sensible working hours and no expectation to work overtime; people work hard because they believe in the company.

Cons: - Classic start-up teething pains. We're a small company with big ambitions, and it's easy to forget that we're only ~200 people, not 2000. - Lots of growth to do breaking out of the startup mindset, still building a solid foundation (but we're only 2 years old!)

Pros: • Lots of interesting technical problems to solve • Lots of autonomy as an engineer • Lots of clever colleagues to learn from • Use 'cool' tools • Good-ish base salary • Work closer to AI • Good prospective

Cons: * Disorganized planning * Unrealistic expectations from leadership * Use of 'cool' tools 😂 * The rest of the compensation package is mediocre (including options and medical package) * Less diversity compared to other tech companies (defense in general is very male-dominated) * Not-so-good WLB (depends on what team you are on)
