The ONLY good aspect of this company is the good salary. But the management is so extremely intransparent and the working atmosphere is so extremely toxic that the good salary is not worth it.
It is a very toxic atmosphere to work in. The management is very intransparent, and at the same time, there is a lot of micromanagement. Managers disappear for long periods of time; you don't receive any feedback at all, and one day, without even a clue of what happened, you are fired, American-movie style. I agree with some of the other reviews pointing out that the positive reviews here are probably coming from managers or written intentionally to just prevent the reality from being exposed on Glassdoor. I do not recommend this place. It has been, by far, the worst work experience of my life.
