I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks.
Was approached directly by a recruiter rather than applying myself, which set an initial impression of a company actively courting candidates. After a recruiter screening call to establish fit and motivation, I completed an initial coding interview, then moved to the "Accelerated Technicals" stage: three interviews covering live coding, system design, and a BSA round that involved presenting a past project in real depth. All three of those rounds seemed to be substantive and clearly designed to actually assess the candidate rather than being a box-ticking exercise, and the interviewers themselves were engaged and professional throughout.
The process broke down entirely after that point. Following the final technical round, I heard nothing. I followed up a couple of times over that period, through two different channels (which they provided), and received zero response to any of them, not even a brief acknowledgement that my message had been seen (was clearly left on read in one instance). Eventually I sent a final message essentially asking the recruiter to confirm whether the process had been closed, and even that went unanswered.
If you're planning on going through the process with this company, be prepared for a significant time commitment that may simply end in silence.
