I had a phone screening with the hiring manager. It went really well.
I was having a hard time finding Release Management positions online.
The hiring manager was very laid back, asked relevant questions, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions.
The following week, I had a Skype interview with him and another team member. It was a little awkward, as I had never used Skype and had to figure out how to download and use it on my home computer.
The interview went very well, and I was offered the position that afternoon.
