Process
First, there was a phone interview with general questions about the technologies and projects I worked on, and general questions about software practices. It lasted about half an hour.
After that, there was a face-to-face interview with the team leader and the manager. There were some technical questions, and I got the gist of the projects they were working on.
The process was very smooth. I received an offer and accepted it.
