Three rounds of interview. Phone screening, then HR interview, and then a panel interview. It was quite smooth. I think they are more interested in your emotional intelligence and the projects you have been involved in.
The candidate process is truly atrocious. I received no feedback. The hiring manager doesn't reply to simple messages for months on end after the interview. I was even referred by an HPE employee for the role. I cannot get any update. The HPE Careers
