Compensation for overtime is sometimes not satisfactory.

Based on your team, you might have to be on pager duty. Some teams don't have dedicated resources for it, so devs take it up on rotation, and compensation for that time is sometimes not satisfactory.
Please dedicate a complete team to handle pager duty, or have better incentives for it and overtime.
