- If not under a good manager, your growth will be stunted, and there will be no work recognition.
- Due to a manager's politics, work-life balance can be disturbed, especially for women employees.
- One piece of advice is to have some skip-level meetings with team members who are contributing to the company to check for challenges in their work or with their reporting manager.
- Getting new products to the company. Management is awesome and doing well.
