Decent company, mismanaged division
My former manager was the one who hired me onto the team and he was a pleasure to work with. I got hands on experience with a lot of new technologies and experienced significant career growth.
Very nice, brand new office location north of Houston.
Pay was below average for the role expectations.
Some of the other leaders within the organization were quite painful to deal with. Once my manager left the company, the replacement and I were not able to work together effectively.
The division I worked for was poorly managed and constantly had to fight for every dollar, leading to bad decisions.
