Very low salaries. Salaries are not based on experience. Management behaves like conjurers. They won't spend money for basic needs. No proper facilities, not even a proper water, tea, or coffee machine. No minimum facilities. No professionalism. For bonuses for festivals, they give cheap and waste sweets only.
Please go outside IT companies and check how they give good facilities for their employees. Give salary for good experience. You don't get persons with good experience for cheap salaries. You are a big MNC company; behave like an MNC, please.
