Management over the building is awesome. Coworkers are great to be around.
Low morale due to lower-than-standard wages for work performed.
Constant hiring and pay increase freezes.
Most coworkers are contractors. Great people, but this causes low morale on their side.
Stop making your employees pay for your decisions. If the company can afford to pay top employees millions, they can afford to hire new employees and pay a wage consistent with the work being completed.
