Great work-life balance, WFH facility, flexible working hours, generally 7 hours (or less) per day. You can survive there with 70% of your effort.
No scope for growth. No onsite opportunity. Salary increment is very less if you are a permanent employee. Contract employees used to get fired after completion of a project. However, there are enough projects to take you back if you have been working for a while.
Create more permanent jobs from the pool of experienced and efficient contract employees. Create more onsite opportunities.
My interview was in Dec 2015. There were three rounds: telephonic, technical, and HR face-to-face at the EC1 office. It was pretty good; you just need to focus on your basics like OOPS, AJAX, .NET, and MVC.
The position was for an outside India location. The first round was telephonic from the native location. Once that was done, they scheduled a face-to-face interview. The F2F interview happened at the HPE India campus. The interview started at 9 A
First technical face-to-face interview. There was 1 hour of interview scheduled. Basics of Python and DB were asked. Highly disappointed with the rude behavior of the interviewer. The interview part wasn't that difficult.
