Very good environment to work.
Many layoffs and no proper hike.
Concentrate on the workforce.
My interview was in Dec 2015. There were three rounds: telephonic, technical, and HR face-to-face at the EC1 office. It was pretty good; you just need to focus on your basics like OOPS, AJAX, .NET, and MVC.
- 5 rounds of interviews consisting of local and US managers. - The last round was with HR to negotiate compensation, etc. - The questions were basically to test your ethical values as a manager and various scenario-based questions.
3 rounds of interviews, including a Technical, Managerial, and HR round. The Technical round focused on DSA, System Design, and core subjects like CN and OS. It also included a thorough conversation on resume projects.
